Talking Rock sought to elevate their marketing with high-quality visual content that captures the community’s scenic beauty, upscale lifestyle, and golf amenities. Their goal was to attract discerning homebuyers and golf enthusiasts by showcasing the unique atmosphere and lifestyle the community offers. In a multi-day video and photo shoot, our nimble team sprung into action celebrating an exceptionally diverse cross section of the community’s offerings to be proudly displayed on their website, social, and many other types of marketing collateral.

By showcasing the full spectrum of what makes it unique—from tee times to trail rides, poolside relaxation to food and bev. This project highlights our ability to visually celebrate the diverse lifestyle offerings of a community, creating content that speaks to both the spirit of the place and the people who call it home. Our well-oiled and professional set presence allows for full respect of the goings-on of a luxury community, capturing what is needed for the campaign, while making friends and leaving community morale better when we left than when we arrived.
